Purchase Order Assistant

The Purchase Order Assistant enables users to source purchase items easily.   It displays what is required to be purchased against each works order with the ability to add extra for stock replenishment

Unsourced Items Search Criteria

Works Order Item Type

Part – when ticked will retrieve all works orders for parts

 Material – when ticked will retrieve all works orders for materials

 Subcontract – when ticked will retrieve all works orders for subcontractors

Tooling – when ticked will retrieve all works orders for tooling

To add or remove all the status options click in the top right of the Item Type box, just above the Other status.

Works Order Status

– Unfinished – when ticked will retrieve all unfinished works orders

– Issued – when ticked will retrieve all issued works orders

 – Any Open – when ticked will retrieve all open works orders

Made or Bought?

 Made – when ticked will retrieve all parts with a made status

Bought – when ticked will retrieve all parts with a bought status

 

Search Fields

 

Works Order Ref. – enter the works order number, wildcard can be used

Works Order Description – enter full or partial works order description, use wildcard for partial search

Customer – use the customer search button to filter by customer

Customer Order – enter the customer order number, wildcard can be used

Part Number/Issue – enter the part number/issue, wildcard can be used

Drawing Number/Issue – enter the drawing number/issue, wildcard can be used

Supplier – use the supplier search button to filter by supplier

 

Works Order Date Range

 

Use the date range to reduce the amount of data retrieved, there are preset search criteria which can be accessed by using the drop down arrow.

 

 

 

 

 

The window will display the demand in the left hand pane, filters can be applied to search for specific details.

To customise the window, to view the columns that are appropriate to own use, click on the column header and with finger depressed on the mouse, move to either side.
