Works Orders - Overview

Works Order Status

Unfinished – when ticked will retrieve all unfinished works orders

Delivered – when ticked will retrieve all delivered works orders

Cancelled – when ticked will retrieve all cancelled works orders

Issued – when ticked will retrieve all issued quotes

Invoiced – when ticked will retrieve all invoiced works orders

Templates – when ticked will retrieve all quote templates

Off-Site – when ticked will retrieve all off-site works orders

To add or remove all the status options click in the top right of the Works Order Status box, just above the Off-Site status.

Order Type

Outstanding Only – when ticked will retrieve all outstanding works orders regardless of any date range selected

Scheduler

Added to Queue – when ticked will retrieve all works orders that have been added to the scheduler queue

Not Scheduled – when ticked will retrieve all works orders added to the scheduler queue but not scheduled

To add or remove all the status options click in the top right of the Scheduler Status box, just above the Not Scheduled status.

Search Fields

Works Order – enter the works order number, wildcard can be used

Customer Order – enter the customer order number, wildcard can be used

Part Number/Issue – enter the part number/issue, wildcard can be used

Type of Order – use the looking glass search button to select the type of order

W/O Description – enter full or partial works order description, use wildcard for partial search

Drawing Number/Issue – enter the drawing number/issue, wildcard can be used

Customer – use the customer search button to filter by customer

Contact Surname – filters quotes using the contact surname

Method – enter method used, wildcard can be used

Date Range

Use the date range to reduce the amount of data retrieved, there are preset search criteria which can be accessed by using the drop down arrow then using the double chevron button  the From/To Date: will be live, select required dates using the date picker.

 

Search Button – once all filters have been applied selecting the Search button will retrieve all data.

Reset Criteria – all previous filters will be reset

Save Current Criteria – saves the criteria currently set

Advanced Search? – activates advanced search

Advanced search can be activated to give users more scope for filtering works orders
