- Go to the teamviewer website: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/windows/
2. Scroll down and download the “quick support” version, by clicking on the “Download” button to the right-hand side. 
3. After installing, run the “TeamViewerQS.exe” application. 
4. This will open the application, and from there just send your ID and password to support when they ask for it.
